When making a purchase, the maximum processing time will be 2 Business days. Shipping delivery of the product will take between 3-15 Business days. When purchases have been made during the weekends, it will be processed the next business day.

All products that have been processed are expected to arrive within 3-15 business days only, as business operation will not take place during the weekends as well as Public holidays.

Please ensure that the product delivered must correspond to the item chosen and paid for. We will not be held liable for any incorrect items delivered nor any damages that may occur to the product.

We reserves the right to refuse to recognize any complaint in respect of shortages especially where the invoice has not been endorsed with the amount claimed as having been short delivered.

We will also not be held liable for any damages or shortages due to the negligence or act of omission or commission to the part of a courier.

We will not accept responsibility for claims against OutWear for damages of whatsoever nature arising from non-delivery of goods on due date.

We only accept Cash Before Delivery for all purchases made to ensure that your product is processed and delivered. The following payment options are not accepted:
