Política de reembolso
You may request a full refund within 30 days from the moment you receive your item, provided that it has not been worn, has no marks, in a saleable condition and in it`s original packaging.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will inspect the condition of the product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not accept goods returned for credit.
A handling fee of 20% (twenty) percent of the value of the invoice will be charged on all goods returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, no refunds are accepted on white or light-coloured items.
Exchanges
If you claim to return damaged goods, inform us within 90 days. They will be sent for inspection, and if the claim is recognized, and you wish to replace them, inform us upon submitting a claim.
EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at [your email] before the 14-day period expires. Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
